By accessing and using walkandfind.com (the "Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

By using our Store, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  1. Products and Services

All WALK & FIND products are made-to-order. Product descriptions, colors, and images are as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice
  • Limit quantities of products offered
  • Refuse orders that appear fraudulent or violate these terms
  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our site are in USD.

For customers in Japan, consumption tax is included in the displayed price. For US customers, applicable state sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout.


For US orders, customs duties generally do not apply to orders under $800. However, for orders exceeding this amount, or depending on specific regulations, any applicable customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

For other international regions, local taxes (such as VAT) and customs duties are not included in our price and may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment is due at the time of order placement.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

  1. Orders and Fulfillment

Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. Production typically takes 5-10 business days. Shipping times vary by location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by you
  • Force majeure events

Our Store is hosted on Shopify and uses third-party services for payment processing, shipping, and production (including Printful). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For EU customers, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Store should first be addressed by contacting us at support@walkandfind.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you may pursue legal remedies in accordance with applicable law.

EU customers have the right to use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
