Made-to-Order Production
All WALK & FIND products are made-to-order specifically for you. Production typically takes 5-10 business days after your order is confirmed.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (Japan): 3-7 business days after production
- North America: 7-14 business days after production
- Europe: 7-14 business days after production
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days after production
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs and Duties
For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT or local sales taxes), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
eaTrail & Co. (WALK & FIND) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer. We fulfill most orders from local hubs to minimize these extra costs whenever possible.

Delays and Issues
While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier delays

- Incorrect shipping information
