RETURN and REFUND POLICY
Made-to-Order Products
All WALK & FIND products are made-to-order specifically for you according to your specifications (size, design placement). Due to the custom nature of our production process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized. As all our products are custom-made to order based on your selected size and design, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@walkandfind.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
EU Warranty
All products come with a 2-year warranty as required by EU law.
